Customer Service
Please allow for variations in color and pattern, as each piece is individually
hand-painted. To add to, or replace a broken piece to an existing set, please
send a high quality photo of the set you own so I may match the pattern and color
more accurately.
Satisfaction Guaranteed
If you are not satisfied with your selection, return it within 14 days for
a refund or an exchange (except personalized items). Gift items returned by the
recipient will receive a gift certificate for the value of the gift.

Gift Certificate! Just give us a call at (888) 615-4721 to order and we'll get
it right out (sent with your best wishes).
Gift Wrapping
We will be happy to wrap an item for you. Each package is tied with a beautiful
cloth ribbon. We'll attach a card with your personalized message inside.
There is a $5.00 charge per item for this service. We can also ship your gift
directly to the person of your choice. Just select the gift wrap option when
placing an item in your shopping cart.
Care of Glass
Hand washing in warm soapy water is recommended.
